Tarovia offers private tarot readings and personal numerology analyses. By placing an order, you accept the terms below.

Service provider

The service is provided by Bartłomiej Kolawa, operating under the brand Tarovia (non-registered economic activity under Polish law). Correspondence address: Młynne 340, 34-600 Limanowa, Poland. Contact: kontakt@tarovia.pl.

Scope of service

A card interpretation based on the customer's question or a numerology analysis based on the details provided in the form.
Delivery of the completed service in a private order view.
Spread photos and add-ons apply only to tarot offers where they are included with the selected order.

Service nature

Readings and analyses are reflective and guidance-based. They are not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Order and payment

Price is shown before payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Order fulfillment starts after payment confirmation.

Delivery timeline

Delivery time depends on the selected service and current queue. Time windows are estimated. During high order volume, delivery may take longer.

Follow-ups and extra messages

If the order includes a follow-up, the customer can send it within the active time window after delivery. Once the reading is closed, follow-up is no longer available.

Right of withdrawal

The service is prepared individually. Before payment, the customer may expressly request performance before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw will be lost. Until the service is fully performed, withdrawal rights remain subject to applicable law, and the value of work completed before withdrawal may be charged.

Governing law

Agreements made through this service are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.

Sales documents

A sales receipt can be issued on customer request for paid orders. Billing details can be provided through contact after placing an order.
