Service Terms
Tarovia offers private tarot readings prepared manually by a real person. By placing an order, you accept the terms below.
Service nature
The reading is reflective and guidance-based. It is not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Order and payment
- Price is shown before payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Order fulfillment starts after payment confirmation.
Delivery timeline
Delivery time depends on reading type and current queue. Time windows are estimated. During high order volume, delivery may take longer.
Follow-ups and extra messages
If the order includes a follow-up, the customer can send it within the active time window after delivery. Once the reading is closed, follow-up is no longer available.
Right of withdrawal
This service is digital and performed at the customer's explicit request before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. By placing an order and proceeding to payment, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that once the reading has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, pursuant to Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Sales documents
A sales receipt can be issued on customer request for paid orders. Billing details should be provided during checkout or through contact.
